下载、安装或使用「刚好 · JustSize」（以下简称「本 App」）即表示你同意本使用条款。如果你不同意本条款的任何内容，请不要使用本 App。
本 App 是一款 iOS 原生图片/视频压缩与格式转换工具，帮助你把照片和视频压缩到指定大小以内。所有压缩、转换、元数据编辑等处理均在你的设备本地完成，不联网、不上传、无需账号。
在遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项非独占、不可转让、可撤销的个人使用许可，允许你在你拥有或合法使用的 Apple 设备上安装和使用本 App，仅限个人非商业用途。
本 App 免费版每天可处理最多 3 次，单次批量处理最多 3 个文件。你可以通过一次性内购（¥28 / $7.99，具体价格以 App Store 展示为准）永久解锁全部用量限制，该内购为非消耗型（Non-Consumable），购买后长期有效，涵盖后续版本更新，不涉及任何订阅或自动续费。
购买通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理。同一 Apple ID 登录的其他设备可通过「恢复购买」免费解锁，无需二次付费。
本 App 的界面设计、代码、图标、文案等内容归开发者所有，受著作权法保护。本条款不授予你除个人使用许可外的任何其他权利。你通过本 App 处理的照片、视频内容归你所有，我们不主张任何权利。
本 App 按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的担保。尽管我们已尽力确保压缩、转换过程稳定可靠，但在法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用本 App（包括但不限于文件损坏、数据丢失、设备存储空间不足等）而产生的任何直接或间接损失，我们不承担责任。请务必在替换原文件前自行备份。
如果你违反本条款，我们保留通过 App Store 相关机制限制或终止你使用本 App 的权利。你可以随时通过卸载本 App 终止使用；已完成的一次性购买不因卸载而失效，重新安装后可通过「恢复购买」找回。
除本条款另有约定外，你使用本 App 还需遵守 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Apple Standard EULA）。本条款的解释与争议处理，在法律允许范围内适用你所在地区的相关法律法规。
我们可能会不时更新本条款，重大变更会体现在本页顶部的「最后更新」日期及 App 内相应页面。继续使用本 App 即表示你接受更新后的条款。

By downloading, installing, or using JustSize (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
JustSize is a native iOS tool for compressing and converting photos and videos to a target file size. All compression, conversion, and metadata editing happen entirely on your device — no network connection, uploads, or account are required.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The free version allows up to 3 processing operations per day, with a maximum of 3 files per batch. A one-time in-app purchase (¥28 / $7.99, as displayed on the App Store) permanently unlocks all usage limits. This is a Non-Consumable purchase that remains valid for the lifetime of the app, including future updates — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store / StoreKit. Other devices signed in with the same Apple ID can unlock the app for free via "Restore Purchases," with no additional payment required.
The App's interface design, code, icons, and copy are owned by the developer and protected by copyright law. These terms grant you no rights other than the personal use license described above. You retain full ownership of the photos and videos you process through the App — we claim no rights over your content.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we've done our best to make compression and conversion reliable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to file corruption, data loss, or insufficient device storage. Always back up important files before replacing originals.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the App through applicable App Store mechanisms if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; a completed one-time purchase remains valid and can be recovered via "Restore Purchases" after reinstalling.
Except as otherwise stated in these terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Interpretation of these terms and any disputes are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and in the corresponding section within the app. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
